Spontaneous late asparagus are simply preserved in quality extra virgin olive oil. Thinner, longer and tastier than cultivated asparagus, they can be enjoyed as an antipasto or used to add a delicious flavour to risottos, omelettes or frittatas.
Suitable to: Ovo Lacto vegetarians and Vegans.
Ingredients: Asparagus 66%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, sea salt, vinegar, pepper, chilli, garlic.
Once opened, keep the asparagus covered in oil, refrigerate and eat within two weeks. Store away from heat and light.
