Exceptionally tasty artichokes, grilled over volcanic rock to give them a delicious roasted flavour. Made by a small, family-run producer with fresh artichokes at harvest time, they are preserved in the traditional way under extra virgin olive oil. Serve as part of a light antipasto, slice and add to salads or enjoy on bruschetta.
Ingredients: Artichokes 64% (artichokes, vinegar, sea salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, sage, chilli, lemon juice), extra virgin olive oil 36%.
Suitable to: Ovo Lacto vegetarians and Vegans. This product is wheat-free.
Once opened, keep the artichokes covered in the oil, refrigerate and eat within one month.
