An outstanding organic tomato salsa made from freshly harvested cherry tomatoes, grown on the coastal plains of Southern Sicily. At peak ripeness, pickers harvest throughout daylight hours and salsa production continues late into the night. The natural sugars and tomato flavours concentrate during the cooking process while the nutrients and full spectrum tomato flavours are preserved by minimum, indirect heat. This makes the perfect gazpacho, ready base for pasta sauce or soup.

This product is organic and wheat-free.
Store in a cool place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within four days.
