Jean Domaine des Cinq Autels’s Demi-Sec has almost twice the amount of residual sugar as its drier sibling. As less of the apple juice is fermented, its consequently a little lighter in alcohol – but packed with sweetish apple flavours backed by delicate yet zesty acidity. Presented in a corked, wired bottle.

Suitable to: Ovo Lacto vegetarians and vegans. No sulphur added.
