A traditional southern Italian treat, combining sweet local figs, fruits and chocolate in a delicious chocolate figgy pudding, shaped like a salame. Made by a small traditional pasticceria in Cosenza, Calabria, our irresistible natural fig dessert salame can be sliced and served as a sweet treat with after-dinner coffee and makes the perfect stocking filler gift.
Suitable to: Ovo Lacto vegetarians and vegans. This product is wheat-free.
Ingredients: Dottato figs 59%, chocolate 10% (minimum 72% cocoa solids, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla extract), ALMONDS, apple, pear, orange zest, cocoa powder 2%, apricot jam (apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin), HAZELNUTS, sugar, nutmeg. Total chocolate and cacao content: 12%.
