Merlot Il Sole

A very drinkable medium-bodied style of Merlot, that still packs in plenty of flavour and character. A satisfying core of plums and blackcurrant, but with a lovely herbaceous vein in the mid-palate as well as a classic earthy feel and a gentle finish of subtle spice. Smooth enough to be enjoyed without food, but try with some sauteed mushrooms or grilled vegetables and it’s more than happy.

Suitable to: Ovo Lacto vegetarians and vegans. This product is organic.
